Dates & Rates

Vermejo Park has 14 well-stocked lakes and 30 miles of streams. Our waters host plentiful populations of rainbow, brook, brown, and Rio Grande cutthroat trout.

Most fish average one to two pounds, but numerous three to nine pound fish are caught annually.

Vermejo Park’s fishing season begins May 8, 2012 and runs through September 8, 2012. All fishing trips require a two-night stay at a rate of $550 per guest, per night.

Children between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) are $275.00 per night, while children twelve (12) and under are free.

Our exclusive Costilla Lodge is available at a rate of $6,900 per day. This rate applies to any number of guests up to 12. Each additional guest will be charged $575 per day, with a maximum capacity of 16 adult guests.
